Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this raffle is Kilcoona Scouts Group, a registered charity in Ireland (Charity Registration Number: 20206571), located at Mausrevagh, Kilcoona, Headford..

2. Eligibility

• The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• The raffle is open to residents of Ireland unless otherwise stated.

3. Legal Compliance

• This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable Irish laws and regulations.
• Kilcoona Scouts Group is a registered charity with the Charities Regulator in Ireland (Registered Charity Number: 20206571).
• Garda approval has been obtained for this raffle. Lottery Licence Permit Number 22/2026 has been issued by An Garda Síochána, valid from 6 March 2026 to 31 December 2026.

4. Ticket Sales

• Tickets are available for purchase both online via iDonate.ie and through offline/physical ticket sales.
• Each ticket purchased, whether online or offline, will be entered into the same draw.
• Ticket pricing is as follows:

• Offline tickets will be sold as ticket-and-stub; the purchaser retains the ticket and the stub is entered into the draw.
• Online ticket sales will close on 31 May at 5:00 PM.

5. Entry Conditions

• Each valid ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the raffle.
• No limit on the number of entries per person unless otherwise stated.
• Online entrants must provide accurate contact details.

6. Draw Details

• The raffle draw will take place at Headfest on June 1st.
• The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
• The draw will be conducted manually from a drum.
• All online and offline entries will be converted into physical raffle tickets and placed into the drum for the draw.

7. Prizes

• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 20 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

9. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that their name may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
• Data will only be used for the administration of the raffle unless consent is given for additional use.

11. Liability

• The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of any prize, except where required by law.

12. Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

13. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law.
