We are planning to camp at our “Den” – Kilcoona Community Centre
They do require some gear that may need to be purchased. Remember that they will have this for the long haul !

Cubs will be split into their Groups . We will have separate tents for Boys and Girls. Leaders will be in tents nearby.
They will decide their meals, menus and ingredients in advance – and cook their own meal on the night !
Approx plan – We aim to keep as close to our plan , but times during the campout are approx.
- Arrive – Saturday 4PM ( We need to get tents up and dinner ready )
- Setup – 430PM
- Start Cooking – 530PM
- Dinner – 6-630PM
- Cleanup – after dinner
- Free time until Campfire
- Campfire , Songs , Smores ! – 800PM
- Bed time – 900PM
- Lights out – 10PM
- Collect Cubs – Sunday 1230 PM

Note: Sweets are not allowed – We will supply plenty of Marshmallows and Smores during our Campfire on the night.
If your Cub requires any medication while we are on camp please ensure the “managing medications form” is supplied to Leaders . Any medication needed by your child please provide it in a clear resealable plastic bag with instructions on it.
