Cubs cooking Dinner for their Parents !

Each year around Valentines day , our Cub Scouts host a meal for their Parents. Because we can only invite one parent we try not to focus too much on the “Valentines” side of it but this year our Cubs went above and beyond and made a lovely job of decorating the room.

Cubs planned out the starter , the main and the dessert and votes were taken on the meal.
We had some planning with them and walked through the jobs on the day.

We divided them up into 3 groups , red , white and blue , and they had coloured neckers so it was clear what team they were in !

We had some background music during dinner and had some amazing entertainment afterwards. Thanks to Ethan , Aoileann and Darragh !
