Amazing Beavers creativity – St Patrick’s Day decorations! 🇮🇪

Tonight we asked Beavers to get a few bits and pieces together and I think from the list , it was going to be farily obvious what we were going to make ! 🙂 🇮🇪

• Materials Needed
  • Thick coloured paper or card, ideally green white and orange
  • Pencil or marker
  • Fast drying Glue (pritt stick ideal)
  • Scissors (and a grown up if need help)
  • Optional …..glitter

Yes Glitter was optional – We had Scouters share some horror stories about glitter during the week – one which was “outstanding!” :

I’ll never forget the day, I was opening my work note pad and there was what can only he described as a “glitter explosion”! Girls thought it would be a nice surprise for mummy while working 🙈🤣

In any case , Patricia walked the beavers through the cutting , glueing and creations of some amazing Flags and cards ! The flags were double sided so they can be stuck to a Window !

Beavers were also reminded that it was Mothers day and they could make similar cards for Sunday also !
